Calvary EYC will have their annual gumbo cook-off on Mardi Gras, Tuesday, Feb. 13, in the Great Hall from 6 to8 p.m. Teams will sign up to present a gumbo, and will be in charge of their dish and any decor they would like to adorn their tables with. A winner will be named via the amount of cash in their buckets, the team with the most cash wins! But really, we all win with bellies full of Gumbo. Pancakes and sausages will be available for the kids.
