The Rt. Rev. Phoebe A. Roaf, the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of West Tennessee, will be the celebrant and preacher at both the 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. worship services on Sunday, Dec. 7, when she makes her annual visit to Calvary for the sacrament of Confirmation.
