Thank you for your leadership and dedication to Calvary’s ministries.
We will have rectangular tables set up in the Great Hall, the Emison Room, and if needed, the hallway and Crook Auditorium. Let us know if you need half a table or a full table, and also indicate if you will be staffing two tables and need them to be adjacent to each other.
*You can set up your table on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. if you’d like or Sunday from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. And you will need to clear all of your materials at noonish when we wrap up this event.
*Please have takeaways with information prepared or ways to sign-up that make the most sense for your program.
*Please have someone stationed at your table to answer questions, to engage and recruit at both opportunities: between the services and after the 10:30 service.
*We’ll provide coffee/tea/water/etc and some snacks.
