While we are grateful to St. Mary’s Episcopal Cathedral for their hospitality, we are very excited to be back at Calvary on Wednesday evenings!
The schedule remains the same, with dinner served from 5:15 to 6:15. Tonight, we have a delicious spread of chili (both beef and vegetarian) and cheese pizza. We will be dining in the new chapel space, located just to the left of the staircase on the first floor. While it’s safe for us to be in these spaces, it’s important to remember that it’s still an active construction zone. We’ve taken all necessary safety precautions, but we kindly ask everyone to keep a close eye on young, curious members who might be tempted to explore. Your vigilance will ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for all.
- Restrooms are available on the 2nd floor of the education wing, which can be accessed from the stairs or elevator.
- Calvary Ringers will rehearse in the church from 6 to 6:30 p.m.
- The Children’s Choirs will walk together to the Great Hall at 6:10 p.m. and finish in the church at 6:55 p.m., when Ms. Jocelyn will guide them back to the first floor for Compline in the new staff offices’ common space. Parents may pick up their children there at 7:15.
- The new adult class, Advent Lessons and Carols: “the extended re-mix,” will meet on the first floor in the staff office space from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. Look for the Rev. Katherine Bush.
- The Nursery will be open from 5:45 until the end of choir rehearsals in the first office on the left (when you enter Calvary) in the new staff office space on the first floor.
- Youth will gather in the staff offices’ common space on the first floor from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.
- Education for Ministry will meet from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the new nursery space on the 2nd floor.
