This meal includes special blessings and an opportunity to practice the ritual of foot washing as we remember the Last Supper Jesus shared with his friends. This gathering will conclude around 6:30. Worshipers are welcome to join either or both the Agape Meal and the Maundy Thursday Eucharist.

On the night before he died, Jesus broke bread with his friends and gave us his final mandate: to love one another. Our service includes Holy Eucharist and the stripping of the altar. We end in the darkness, prepared for a long night waiting in Gethsemane.

Good Friday marks the death of Jesus on the cross. This solemn service includes the story of Christ’s passion and times of silence and intercession. The Calvary Choir will offer musical leadership. Gather at the Calvary altar to begin praying the Way of the Cross, which will continue on a walk through our downtown neighborhood. If you choose to join the walk, dress accordingly, especially with regard to footwear, as it will be 2-3 miles and take approximately 2 hours.
