We’ll learn real information and how we are called to respond rather than despair. \n  \nApril 14: Dr. Emily Holmes\, CBU Professor of Religion and Philosophy \nCultivating Hope & Confronting Despair: A faithful response to climate change \nWildfires\, atmospheric rivers\, warming oceans\, and melting ice caps—the climate news is grim\, and many of us are grieving the woundedness of our precious world. How might we address our despair and convert it\, through action\, to hope? Together\, we’ll learn how to understand and faithfully respond to climate change.

This gathering offers a guided conversation in place of a sermon\, new words for old prayers\, and opportunities for silence and reflection.
