Paul McLain and Paige Whittle will guide us in exploring ways to pray the Psalms as a spiritual practice as we savor their beauty\, poetry\, and longing. We’ll draw on the work of Dietrich Bonhoeffer\, C.S. Lewis\, biblical scholar Walter Brueggemann\, and others to find deeper meaning in these timeless songs. DESCRIPTION:We hope you will join us to bid on some sweet treats this Sunday in the Great Hall from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. All proceeds will go to the 2023 EYC Mission trip to Atlanta\, Georgia. \nIf you plan on bringing a dessert\, please have it on the display tables in the great hall by 10:20 a.m. If you would like to bring it earlier\, please find space for it in the Crump Parlor. We will not have freezer space for any items\, so if it must be kept cool\, please bring it in a cooler. And lastly\, please label your items with your name\, what it is\, allergen information\, special instructions\, and if there is a story or memory tied to it.
