New to yoga? You can buy a mat or just use a large towel or folded blanket. Find a quiet space at home to get settled in before class starts and maybe have a chair, table, or wall nearby for balance. Join the Zoom meeting a few minutes before class starts and from there you can just follow Yo’s directions. Be ready for some zen and some friends and a teacher who makes it easy for all of us to laugh at ourselves while we try something new! Classes are free but you’ll need to sign up here to get the Zoom link. When you sign up, you will now have the option to make a donation toward the class but will also have the option to come for free. We’d love to have you either way, & hope to see you on the mat soon!
